The ladies make the pants from the leg, use the waistband as a strap ( or use a webbing type upcycled belt), decorate the pocket with beads and cocoa shell pieces, add their colorful label and attach a carbineer for your keys. Each bag is made from a upcycled pair of cargo pocket pants donated by the employees of Delta Airlines. The bag has a strap made from an upcycled webbing belt or the waistband from the original pant. There is a carabiner attached to hold your keys, a drawstring ribbon top, custom beadwork, a cargo pocket on the outside for phone, ID and money and a label signed by the seamstress. Each bag is unique and will hold a standard size yoga mat.
